Meg Donaldson (she/her) is a warm, caring, and accepting Support Coordinator who has a passion for working with participants who need support around the following areas:

- Young children with disabilities

- Mental health

- Families

- Young adults

- Participants diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Meg holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science, Certificate III in Children’s Services, and a Certificate III in Christian Ministry Theology.

Meg takes a very person-centred approach and believes you are the expert in creating the life that you want.

She loves dogs and loves to be creative in her spare time with graphic design, DIY’s and crafts! She looks forward to working towards your goals alongside you.

Krystel Ioannidis (she/her) is a passionate and dedicated Support Coordinator. She was born in Colombia, so she understands how culture influences each person.

Krystel is most passionate about supporting families with young children with ASD exploring early intervention. As a mother with a child on the spectrum, Krystel believes that all individuals are unique and important.

Krystel also has a particular interest in supporting individuals with capacity building, complex family dynamics, and adults with a recent diagnosis.

Krystel holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Diploma in Human Resources. She takes a person-centred approach and see's an individual's beliefs/needs as most important in their life.

In her spare time, she loves exploring with her children and Golden Retriever.

Kalee Burns (she/her) is an inclusive and accepting member of the community, who has a passion for supporting individuals and families experiencing hardship.

As the founder of Inclusive Care QLD,

Kalee dedicates her time to exploring ways to bring awareness to disABILITY. 

Kalee is a member of the Australian Community Workers Association and holds a Bachelor of Human Services, experience in homelessness support, and working with persons from diverse backgrounds. 

As a person with lived experience with ASD,

Kalee provides holistic approach to participants and will continue to spread awareness for all unique and wonderful beings.
